Os Time in Analysis (Ideas from psychoanalysis and psychoanalytic practice)
Abstract
The notion of heterocrony proposed by André Green to talk about time in psychoanalysis is resumed, discussed and expanded in this brief communication. Our main goal, however, will be to deepen the understanding of the temporalities incident in psychoanalytic practices, in listening and analytical interventions in a session; to this end, we will turn to the ideas of the psychoanalyst Wilfred R. Bion, especially those expressed in his book Attention and Interpretation. Some contemporary philosophers will accompany us at a certain distance along the route. But our sources will always be theories and practices of psychoanalysis.
